What does realad do?

realad is an independent engineering practice in the EU. It automates business processes with AI agents and integrations, keeps the systems around them running, and finds and screens engineers for companies that hire remotely. Engineering work starts with paid, fixed-scope work — a diagnostic, a review or a second opinion. Five directions: process automation, controlled AI delivery, cloud & DevOps, security & compliance readiness, and talent — recruiting and contract staffing.

Who does the work?

A small team and a network of collaborators. The engineer you talk to on the fit call is the engineer responsible for the work the practice delivers, end to end. Every engagement leaves a runbook, a run log and a written record of the decisions, kept current as the work proceeds — so the work does not live in one head. No named substitute and no overnight cover are promised.

What happens after an engagement ends?

That depends on what you bought, and it is written down before the work starts. Ordered as development — a team building to your order — the result is yours: repositories, configuration and documentation, in your accounts, in plain formats. Brought in as capacity for a defined scope, everything produced is yours from the start. Running as automation as a service, the automation runs on infrastructure this practice owns and operates, and it stops when the agreement ends: what goes with you is the documentation of the process — what it does, in what order, under what rules, and how exceptions are handled — so your own people can take it back. Either side can end the engagement on the same terms.

How does an engagement start?

With an email to hello@realad.io — what's breaking, roughly how much of it, anything you can attach. Every email gets a reply within working hours; if there is a possible fit, the reply includes a private link to book a free 30-minute fit call. After the call: a paid diagnostic with a defined question and a fixed scope, ending in a written artifact and a decision point — continue to build, or stop with the findings.

When does the work happen?

During European business hours — including managed automation. Nothing on this site promises an overnight pager.
